Quels sont les objectifs de ce programme lancé officiellement en mars 2007 et encore trop méconnu par le grand public? A qui s’adresse –t-il et quelles sont les opportunités de financement offertes ? Stéphanie Pécourt  et Marion Alecian de Point Contact Culture vous invitent à découvrir plus en détail ce programme culturel européen.

2pm-3.15pm: “Artist and Entrepreneur as partners in a company, how far does it go?”

What is the meaning of this kind of collaborations for the artist? Can he remain an artist within the company, or does he rather become some sort of consultant? Experienced national and international entrepreneurs, artists and curators will comment on Belgian cases and experiences.

After the debate: Book launch: Walk with me - written by Charlotte Bonduel and Luc Derycke on the collaboration of Constructies Espeel company with artists from 1989 till 2008.

Guest speakers : Pascal Cools (director Flanders DC), Franky De Vos (director Buda). Introduction by Steven Dewaele (advisor Flemish Minister for Economy)

Pascal Cools, will talk about the different initiatives and opportunities offered to heighten creativity and stimulate entrepreneurship within a company. Can these kind of initiatives make a bridge toward culture and arts? The art world is constantly seeking for creativity and innovation. Cultural industries and immaterial labor are in the lift and lots of enterprises see their selves forced to restructure. Does this mean that working together goes without saying? Or are both worlds still too far apart and is a win-win situation inherently impossible? Questions from the audience.

5pm-6.30pm: "The Cosmopolitan Chicken Project within a broader context:   Art between Science and Ethics” An initiative by Sint-Lukasgalerie Brussels
